• Wipe down all small and large appliances

• Polish stainless steel

• Empty and dispose of any food left in the fridge & freezer and wipe down interior

• Clean BBQ inside and outside and replace cover

• Ensure patio furniture is put back in place

• Ensure nothing is damaged and if it is, provide photo evidence

• Leave a welcome gift or message for your guests if applicable

Yes, we offer property wellness checks when property is not rented as long as we are able to access the property during the winter months.

We offer off site laundry services. We typically take soiled linens at the time of your clean and then return them at the time of the next clean/visit.

If time permits we are happy to run a load or two through using your own facilities.
