5-Star Turnover Service

(for Airbnbs, vacation spots or short term rentals)

At Your Service Cleaning & Concierge Inc. offers 5 star turnover service to help ensure a memorable experience for your guests. When you book with us, just let us know the date and time of check-out of your current guests, and the check in time for your new guests and we’ll send a team large enough to ensure that your vacation rental is polished to our high standard, and ready for your guests.

  • • Swap out all used linens for fresh ones & make beds

    • Vacuum carpets, sweep & mop floors

    • Dust & wipe down all window sills, furniture and baseboards

    • Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures

    • Scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, sinks, counters and showers

    • Check drawers to ensure nothing was left from previous guests

    • Clean mirrors, spot clean windows

    • Wash any dishes left in the sink & put away dishes in the dishwasher

    • Clean inside/outside microwave

    • Wipe down all small and large appliances

    • Polish stainless steel

    • Empty and dispose of any food left in the fridge & freezer and wipe down interior

    • Clean BBQ inside and outside and replace cover

    • Ensure patio furniture is put back in place

    • Ensure nothing is damaged and if it is, provide photo evidence

  • Your property will be cleaned to our highest standard as with our standard turnover clean, with added features such as:

    • Fresh cut flowers

    • Amenity baskets for bedside stands

    • Custom welcome signs

    • Any other custom touches you would like us to take care of.

    We always report back on things that need to be replaced such as stained linens or towels, as well as any damages from previous guests.

    We take pride in offering 5 star service so your guests will have an unforgettable experience!

  • Yes! We are happy to:

    • Restock firewood

    • Clean BBQ

    • Tidy up fire pit

    • Leaf blow or rake as needed

    • Pull weeds and water plants

    • Put up/arrange seasonal decor

  • We are happy to take on the role of property manager. As property manager, we will provide weekly check ins of your property and take responsibility for managing cleaning, laundry, purchasing supplies, outdoor maintenance, coordinating landscaping, project manage any renovation work and any additional services that you may need to ensure your property is in peak condition for your guests.

  • We offer off site laundry services. We typically take soiled linens at the time of your clean and then return them at the time of the next clean/visit.

    If time permits we are happy to run a load or two through using your own facilities.

  • Floor Steaming

    Our floor steamer effortlessly lifts dirt and grime leaving your floors with a beautiful shine.

  • Interior Windows

    We’ll leave your windows clear and streak free. We can even remove screens and clean dirt that accumulates between the window and screen upon request.

  • Oven Cleaning

    Let us clean the interior of your oven, removing baked on food, and your oven will look good as new.

  • Cupboard Organizing

    We always peek into cupboards to make sure they are orderly for the next guests but occasionally cupboards such as under the kitchen sink, in the washroom, or supply cupboards could use a good organize.

  • Laundry

    While we clean, we are a happy to throw in a load or two. Ask us about our off site laundry services too!

  • Turndown Services

    Strip beds and change sheets and duvet covers as part of our turnover clean. We will then of course make the bed to our 5 star standard!

  • Yard Work

    We’re happy to sweep off decks, water plants, pick weeds or leaf blow. If you have a fire pit for guest use we can even restock firewood for them.

  • Shop for Supplies

    We’re happy to pick up supplies that are running low for your rental property such as hand soap, toilet paper, cleaning products and more. Ask about our monthly Costco run for the supplies you need.
